1. Who we are

Wooho is an AI sales readiness platform operated for real estate developers and brokerages in Egypt and the GCC. References to "we", "us", and "our" mean Wooho.

2. What we collect

We collect account information (name, work email, company), product usage telemetry, and the content you upload (project brochures, price lists, call transcripts) to provide the service. We do not sell personal data.

3. How we use data

To operate the platform, generate verified answers and battlecards, train per-tenant models when you opt in, and improve product quality. We never use one customer's inventory to answer another customer's questions.

4. Data residency

Default storage region is EU. Enterprise customers may select UAE or KSA residency.

5. Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing privacy@wooho.ai.
