1. Acceptance
By accessing Wooho you accept these Terms. If you are using Wooho on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind it.
2. Service
Wooho provides AI-assisted sales readiness, knowledge retrieval, client-fit matching, voice coaching, and analytics for real estate teams.
3. Subscription
Plans are billed monthly in USD. All pilots are scoped and proposal-based. No long-term commitment unless explicitly agreed.
4. Acceptable use
You will not use Wooho to misrepresent property information, evade fair-housing rules, or generate misleading communication to consumers.
5. Liability
Wooho is provided "as is". Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the prior 12 months.
